2, The seller offer FOB(FCA) XIAMEN CHINA price, which doesn't include shipping cost. It is better for the buyer to handle the shipping themselves. The seller can help the buyer arrange shipping , but if the real shipping cost is more than the estimated shipping cost, the buyer shall pay the difference before shipment when the weight and volume is confirmed.
3, Please provide us full correct consignee information ( personal name or company, address, cell phone , phone , email, company registered number , or Personal ID number or passport number), which will put on all documents. Early confirmation will avoid second documents application which will cost extra cost 300USD.

6.Plants exporting and importing business is quite special . There is no refund and order cancel when your order has confirmed and paid. So we never accept the cancel and refund after you have placed order and paid to the seller.
